About us

Built by a booth operator,
for booth operators.

BoothyOps started because Brian (owner) — after 12 years working in tech start-ups — launched a photo booth business in Portugal. Lessons from multi-day festival events for 10,000+ people, plus installing booths at Portugal’s two biggest football clubs (Benfica & Sporting), led to building BoothyOps.

Honestly, I built this to make my own life easier:

  • Monitor and manage the booths
  • Deliver an amazing experience for venues and the people using the booths to make memories

What started as a bunch of custom scripts tied to a Windows scheduler has evolved into a fully fledged photo booth fleet management tool. I’d love to share it with you for feedback — and I have a long list of features lined up so my fleet (and yours) keeps running on auto-pilot as it grows.
